For many private real estate investors as well as medium-sized companies or small businesses, some of which do not originate from the real estate sector, we seek traditional investment property or investment real estate such as apartment buildings, condominiums, memorials, commercial properties and mixed residential and commercial buildings from approximately EUR 300,000 for each project.
Real estate investment locations for all relevant cities within a radius of about 200 km from Bonn are taken into consideration. This includes particularly the major cities in Germany:
Aachen, Bergisch Gladbach, Bonn, Cologne, Dortmund, Dusseldorf, Essen, Frankfurt, Koblenz, Leverkusen, Mainz, Munster, Neuss, Solingen, Wiesbaden and Wuppertal.
