We offer you not just an objective assessment of the market, excluding all imaginary and fanciful promises, but an objective and accurate valuation in accordance with the German statutory property valuation regulation (ImmoWertV) to determine the market value under § 194 Baugesetzbuch (Building Code Germany). We use market data that is objectively evaluated by the government or by the relevant local review committee of the municipality.
